At the Royal Victoria Hospital, Montreal on Friday, June 5, 2020. Laurie Jean McKay-Levac (nee McKay) of Dalhousie, QC; age 61 years. Beloved wife of Stephane Levac. Caring daughter of Ethel McKay (nee MacLeod) of St. Telesphore and the late Daniel “Dan” McKay. Loving sister of Ian McKay of Alexandria, Catherine Grant (Hugh) of St. Raphael’s, late Karen Anne McKay, Gail Webster (Tom) of Alexandria, David McKay (Marielle Robert) of Dalhousie, QC and Kim McKay of Pointe-Claire, QC. Cherished aunt of Leah, Blaire, Matthew, Carter, Lindsay, Colin, Kaitlyn, Ellen, Aaron, Jared, Darya and Sadie, and great-aunt of Eleanor, Judah, Levi, River, Miles, Malcolm and Bentley. Funeral arrangements under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd. 114 Main Street South, Alexandria (613)525-2772. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Andrew’s United Church (The Round Church), Dalhousie Mills once the Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted.
