Laurette Cyr
Passed away peacefully on Sunday October 18, 2020 At Extendicare at the age of 87.
Loving mother of Anne Alarie (Mark) of Timmins and Micheline Prudhomme (Marc) of Cornwall. Dear grand-maman of Aaron, Janelle (Mathieu), and Ryan (Rose); great-grandmother of Thomas and Olivier. She is also survived by her sisters Thérèse Cyr and Claire Cyr and her brothers Vital Cyr, Gilles Cyr and Ti Loup Cyr, as well as her nephews and nieces. Predeceased by her son Claude Leblanc (1982), her parents Germaine and Iréné Cyr, her brothers Fernand Cyr and Jean-Guy, and her sisters Ginette Ritchie and Marielle Cyr.
Special thanks to all the girls (angels as our mother called them) at Extendicare and to Dr. Ditullio. Due to COVID-19, the family has chosen to have a private family service at LESSARD-STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME. In lieu of flowers, remembrance donations to the Alzheimer Society will be greatly appreciated.
