On March 28, 2020, Mr. Laurence Charles Patenaude of Edmonton passed away at the age of 57 years. He is survived by his loving mother, Theresa Patenaude; siblings, Ernestine (Raymond) Cardinal, Shirley Cardinal, Frances Piche, Marjorie Durocher, Joseph (Olga) Patenaude, Doris (Daniel), Gerald Patenaude, Susie (Marvin) Patenaude, Helen Patenaude, Marlene (Wilmar) Desjarlais, Ruth (Besim) Buffalo & David Patenaude; special siblings, Gerald (Cheryl) Dion, Lee (Samantha) Dion & Keri (Rob) Dion; special niece, Crystal Patenaude; numerous foster siblings, uncles, aunties, cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews. Laurence was predeceased by his father, Harry Patenaude; brother, Harold Patenaude; sisters, Eunice Patenaude, Doreen Desjarlais, Joanne Patenaude & Florence Muskego; maternal grandparents, Charles & Bernadette Bellerose; paternal grandparents, Alphonse & Josephine Patenaude; nephews, Lorne Durocher, Colin Desjarlais, Sandy Muskego & Conway Muskego; nieces, Colleen Muskego & Delia Muskego. A Private Wake & Funeral Service will be held at Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement. Mr. Joe Kuraitis will be officiating with interment in Buffalo Lake Community Cemetery, Buffalo Lake.
