The family announces with sorrow her peaceful passing on Monday, November 30, 2020 at the age of 91 years. Predeceased by her husband Clarence Kelly (1998). Loving mother of Stanley Kelly (Evelyn) of Timmins, Violet Campbell (George) of Paisley, ON., Julia Kelly-Horowitz (Larry) of Richmond Hill, Kristine Kelly of Victoria, BC and Rhoda Kelly-Voogjarv (Harry) of Timmins. Cherished grandmother of Ryan Fortier (Ashley), Melissa Pye (Jon), Patrick Voogjarv (Kelsey), Alex Voogjarv, Kieran Kelly, Mike Letourneau (Robby), Marc Letourneau (Jessica), Luc Letourneau (Chantal), Julie Letourneau (Steve) as well as many great grandchildren. She will be missed by her sister Maria Roeloff of Holland. Also predeceased by her siblings Hari, Til, Riek and Chris all of Holland. A resident of St. Mary’s Manor in Timmins, Beth was born on May 12, 1929 in Hilversum, Holland. Her family came to Canada in 1953 established the family home in the Welland area where she worked in a canning factory and as a seamstress most of her life. Even after having a family of her own, Beth was a loving and caring person and was a foster mother to many children with special needs. A private funeral service will be held in the Miron-Wilson Funeral Chapel with interment to take place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Welland, ON. Remembrance donations to the Timmins and District Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements are entrusted with the
