1958 at the Aberdeen Hospital, he was raised in Trenton. He
was a maintenance worker at Highland Square Mall for 32 years,
retiring in August 2019. He enjoyed antique car shows, listening to
the blues and watching western movies and shows. He loved spending
time with all of his grandchildren. He was fun loving,
caring, honest and many referred to him as
“harmless” He will be dearly loved and forever
missed. He was predeceased by his parents, Ted and Tean Westaway;
ex-wife, Bonnie Westaway; nephew Rick Clarke. He is survived by his
daughters, Lila Westaway, Caledonia; Leah (Jamie) Miller, New Glasgow;
grandchildren, Dakota, Grace, and George Westaway, and Carson Miller;
sister, Becky (Isaac) Clarke, New Glasgow; brother, Rich (Bonnie)
Westaway, South Loon Lake; and nieces and
nephews. A public graveside service
will be held at 2 pm Tuesday, August 4, in the Hillside
