Shediac, NB, – Keith James Tindale, 87, passed away peacefully on 19th of November, 2020
Keith was born in Cheam Surrey, England on October 16, 1933 to parents John and Valentine and had an older brother John (Jack) (deceased in 2015) who he looked up to and loved very much. He lived the first 33 years of his life in England, including three years in the British Royal Artillery as a radar instructor. It was his honor to march in the coronation procession for Queen Elizabeth II on June 2nd, 1953 at Westminster Abbey, London.
Keith traveled Europe extensively for both work and pleasure. He emigrated to Canada in 1967 to work for Berkey Marketing and was soon transferred to the company’s head office in New York as the export manager. Keith requested a move to Canada and was made manager of the Calgary and Edmonton branches. In 1976, Keith and his wife Sandra adopted a beautiful baby girl who they named Kimberly, who was the joy of his life.
Keith spent his working life in the photographic trade, marketing equipment to professional photographers and cinematographers. He retired to Shediac in 1999 and lived there quietly until his death. His daughter Kim is now happily married to husband Brent and they live in New Jersey, USA with his grandsons Nathan (5) and Grant (3).
Keith was predeceased by his parents John and Valentine Tindale and his brother Jack Tindale. He is survived by his daughter Kimberly, son in law Brent, two grandchildren Nathan and Grant, sister in law Eileen (Hayes) Tindale, and his nieces and nephews David, Christine, Judith, and Peter along with their families.
In respect of Keith’s wishes, there will be no visitations and no Funeral service.
