Katherine Marlene MacCormack
Katherine M. MacCormack, 59, of
Moncton, passed away peacefully at her residence on Thursday, December
17, 2020.
Born in Montague, PE, she was the daughter of the late
Wilbert and Jacqueline (Harvey) Adams.
Katherine worked as an accountant. She was a
passionate woman who enjoyed boating, the tranquility of the ocean,
travelling, volunteering, a good practical joke, but most importantly
time spent with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was a
devoted wife, mother and grandmother and she loved her family deeply.
Katherine is survived by her husband, John MacCormack
of Moncton; her children, Jared Burns (Courtney) of Lutes Mountain,
Amanda Pothier (Cory) of Truro, NS and Jenna and Kenzie MacCormack,
both of Moncton; grandchildren, Jacob and Charles Burns and Avalon
Pothier; sister, Joanne Sullivan (Donald) and brother, Vincent
Adams.
Respecting COVID-19 protocols, a private family service
will be held from Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton
(858-1995).
In memory of Katherine, donations to the Canadian
Breast Cancer Foundation (give.bcrf.org) or
the IWK (iwk.nshealth.ca) would
