It’s with broken hearts
that the family of the late JULIAN RENNIE
of St. Lawrence announces his passing after a
courageous battle with cancer. Julian passed away at his
home surrounded by his loving family on Thursday, April
9th, 2020 at the age of
62.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of
wonderful memories are his wife Sadie of 40 years; son, Kurt (Kim
Hickey) of St. Lawrence; daughter, Krista Lundrigan (Ernie) of St.
Lawrence; 5 grandchildren who were the light of his world, Marc,
Steven, Toni G, Tori B, and Andrew; sisters, Mary Cook (Frank) of
Barry, ON, and Betty Slaney (Howard) of St. Lawrence; brothers, Roche
Rennie (Gina) of St. Lawrence, Tom Rennie (Annette) of St. Lawrence,
Brian Rennie (Elaine) of St. Lawrence, Perry Rennie (Valerie) of St.
Lawrence, Hughie Rennie (Tammy) of St. Lawrence, Tony Rennie (Pam) of
Musgrave Harbour, and Scott Rennie (Sandra) of St. Lawrence;
sisters-in-law, Gertie Brockerville (Kevin) of Toronto, Phyllis
Belanger (Marcel) of Lacombe, AB, Carmel Howlett of St. Lawrence,
Edith Slaney, and Carmelita Slaney; brother-in-law, John Slaney
(Veronica) of St. Lawrence; special nephew, Todd Slaney (Nadine) of
Airdrie, AB; plus a large number of family and
friends.
Julian was predeceased by his
parents, Kathleen and Patrick Rennie; parents-in-law, Antonia and
Edward Slaney; sister-in-law, Betty Pickett; brothers-in-law, Ed
Slaney and Valentine Slaney.
Due to the current
Public Health Advisory of COVID-19 a funeral mass will be held at a
later date.
In lieu of flowers, in
Julian’s memory donations may be made to The Rennie
Family
