Obituary
It is with greatest sadness that the family of Judy Duchesne announces her sudden passing on December 6, 2020 at the North Bay Regional Hospital age 74. Proud and loving mother of Kent Duchesne and beloved fiancé to Dan Clement. Loved by grand children Lillian and Brody, sister Jane Muratore and nephews Thomas and Michael Muratore. Judy will forever be remembered by her extended family, Twyla and Greg Doucette, (grandchildren and siblings). Judy was predeceased by her parents William and Lillian (nee Sabourin) Hinchberger. Judy was a graduate of Canadore College as a C.F.T. (Certified Food Technologist) and was employed for many years at the former Clarion Pinewood Park Resort North Bay as Catering Coordinator. Judy had a deep Christian faith and served as past president of the Catholic Women’s League (C.W.L) St. Rita’s Parish, a former director of the North Bay Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Royal Canadian Legion and the Pinewood Park Ladies Golf Club. Judy had a passion for travel with Dan, cooking, gardening and a love of animals.The family will be having a private visitation at McGuintys Funeral Home followed by a private service. Internment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Judy can be made to the North Bay Hospice or Canadian Cancer Society.
