Obituary of Juanita Babcock (McQuay)
Following a brief illness, Juanita passed away peacefully at the Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Tuesday, September 1, 2020, at age 77. Beloved wife of the late Robert ‘Bob’ Babcock (1999). Dear and loving mother of Tim Babcock (Coralee), Lisa Rodrigues (Mario) and Mark Babcock (Lisa). Sadly missed by her grandchildren Nathan, Christopher (Breanna), Jordan and Mackenzie. Daughter of the late Ernest and Marion McQuay. Survived by her siblings Marion Huffman (Arthur), Laverne McQuay (Linda), Nina Matthews (Bob), Colleen Brierley (Wayne) and Linda Field (Peter). Predeceased by her brother Reginald McQuay and by her sisters Mildred Laverty and Betty Hawley. Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews and their families.
A Graveside Service will be held at Wilton Cemetery on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 12 p.m. (Physical distancing rules apply). A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. For those desiring, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
