It is with great sadness that the family of Joycelyn Dinney announces her passing. Joyce was born June 11, 1931 in Maple Creek, Saskatchewan and passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 in Sherwood Park at the age of 89 years.
Her sister Helen Gallagher of Leduc, her four children Terry, Candy (Stan Gibson), Catherine (Ken Aberle), Randy (Jolita Sparks), 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren, numerous family members, and good friends are left to mourn her.
She was predeceased by her husband Derrick Hollis Dinney, her parents George and Pearl Crawford, and her younger sister Bernice Jones.
Joyce was a gentle, kind, respectful person who was always concerned about the well-being of her family and friends. She will be dearly missed and remembered by all who knew her.
The family would like to thank Dr. Dusang and the staff of CapitalCare Strathcona for all their help and kindness while caring for mom.
In lieu of flowers, Joyce would like donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
