Obituary
In Loving Memory of Margaret Joyce (Madic, MacGarvie) Guitar who passed away on 25 August 2020 at the Campbellton Regional Hospital, Palliative Care Unit at the age of 79.
She is survived by brothers Elsworth (Edna), Gabriel (Gwen), Odell (Jacqueline), Jack (Joan) Arthur (Patricia), Paul (Nancy), and Larry (Caroline). Her partner Bob Walsh, her children Chip (Dawn), Rodney, and Peggy, her grandchildren Matt, Hillary, Amanda, Hannah, Sarah, Jenny, Julie, and Sydney, and great grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her Mum, Margaret Guitar (nee Godine) and Father Murray Guitar of Jacquet River, brothers Jimmy and Claude, and sisters Joan and Priscilla.
Loved and respected she will live on in our memories and the beauty we see around us as we remember her and the mark she left on all of us. A funeral service for Joyce will be held October 16, 2020 at 1 PM from St. John Bosco Church, Dalhousie with arrangements through the kind support of MacMillan’s Funeral Services. Donations in lieu of flowers are requested to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Friends of Healthcare Foundation who work so hard to support the Campbellton Regional Hospital.
