Peacefully, at Woodingford Lodge, Tillsonburg on Saturday, November 7, 2020, Josephene (Svegly) Kozakievicz, formerly of Vienna, passed away at the age of 98 years. Beloved wife of the Late Peter Kozakievicz (1998). Loving mother of Norman, David (April) and Cathy Matthys (Jim). Cherished grandmother of Megan (Tanner), Stephanie (Chadd), Emily and Adam. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Anna Svegly and many brothers and sisters. Josephene was a proud member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Port Burwell and served as President of the CWL. Jospehene and Peter farmed tobacco in the Vienna area for many years.
A Private Family Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Church. Interment will take place at the Tillsonburg Cemetery. Memorial donations to Woodingford Lodge, Tillsonburg may be made by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted with the arrangements.
