Moncton, NB – Joseph Emile “Miller” LeBlanc, 77, passed away peacefully at Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Centre in Moncton, on Friday, December 11, 2020.
Born in Parkton, NB, he was the son of the late Joseph Alyre and Ida LeBlanc (nee Goguen)
He was a 4th degree Knights of Columbus (council 6468) and a member of Club d’âge d’or of Parkton where he liked to play pool, cards and darts.
Miller will be sadly missed by his wife, Simonne LeBlanc (nee Meunier); his children, Richard “Miller Jr.” (Bernice Chaisson), Roger, Claudette LeBlanc (Bruce Allain) all of Moncton and Raymond of Alberta; his grandchildren, Brooke LeBlanc (Josh Trevors), Jonathan Chaisson and Justin Allain; his great granddaughter, Faith; his sisters, Doris Mills (late Paul) of Dieppe and Jeannine Gaudet (late Armand) of Mass; also by several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his granddaughter, Amanda Allain; his siblings, Theresa, Emery, Yvan and Alyre (infant).
As per Miller’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice.
