Jack passed away at the Meaford Long Term Care Centre on Monday January 13, 2020 with his family at his side at the age of 72.
He was the loved son of the late Kenneth and Catherine (Kentner) Jolley.
Jack is remembered by Bonnie Jolley (nee Cramp) of Meaford.
He was the loved father of Teresa McKinley (Dean) of Meaford, Lisa Jolley of Owen Sound, Ken Jolley of Owen Sound and Michael Jolley (Valerie) of Meaford.
He will be recalled as the loving Grandpa of Zachary Jolley and Zane McKinley, Chloe Jolley, Rick-Lloyd Jolley, Yasmin Jolley and Joslynn Jolley.
He was a dear brother of Joanne Ross (Bob) of Clarksburg and Cathy Jolley (Ray Lafontaine) of Allan Park.
A memorial funeral service will be held at the Ferguson Funeral Home in Meaford on Friday January 24th at 2 p.m. with a private family interment to follow at Lakeview Cemetery.
A memorial celebration of Jack’s Life will be held at the Meaford Arena later that day from 5 until 9 p.m.
