John Eugenio Comacchio 89 years who passed away peacefully on
Thursday, January 16th, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Villa, Sudbury.
Beloved husband of Jeannine (Charette) Comacchio predeceased November 2012. Loving father of Paul (wife Dana), Glenn (wife Debbie), Diane Rossi (husband Bruno) and Wayne. Cherished Nonno of Jennifer (Adam), Sean (Nadine), Cristina (Joel), Daniela (Marc), Jonathan (Kyla) and Shana. Bisnonno to Sophie, Lucas, Alex, Nadia, Paisley and Ophelia. Dear son of Giuseppe Comacchio and Giovanna (Martinello) both predeceased. Dear brother of Judy Bidal (Roland predeceased), Clementina Furlan predeceased (Albano) and Linda Duda (Klaus). Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. John was a minister of the Eucharist at Lord of the World and Holy Redeemer, a founding member of the Coniston Credit Union, a member of the Club Allegri in Coniston, a volunteer driver with the Cancer Society and Diabetes Association and volunteered as a member of the Fix-It Team at Science North. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, woodworking and spending time with his grandchildren.

Monday January 20th, 2020 at 10am
Cremation at the Park Lawn Crematorium with interment in the family plot at the Lasalle Cemetery in the spring. Donations to Diabetes Canada or St. Joseph’s Villa would be appreciated.
