Moncton, NB,– John Crawford, 78, passed away peacefully at the Moncton City Hospital on Saturday, September 26th, 2020.
Born in Notre-Dame-de-Kent, he was the son of the late Christopher Crawford and the late Annie Crawford (born Anketell).
John will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 58 years of marriage, Ann Crawford of Moncton; his sister-in-law, Marge Crawford of Massachusetts; also by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, John was predeceased by his son, Christopher John Crawford; his sister, Mary Jamieson; and three brothers, Albert, Joe and Vincent.
In respect of John’s wishes, there will be no visitations. A Celebration of his life will be held at Passage Funeral Chapel in Moncton (625, Mountain road) on Wednesday, September 30th, 2020 at 11am.
Everyone attending the Celebration of life will be mandated to wear a face mask.
Donation can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
