It is with great sadness that we share the passing of John Archibald Clifford MacCallum, loving husband of Jocelyn MacCallum of Miramichi. John passed away unexpectedly at the Miramichi Hospital on the morning of May 8th at the age of 55.
Besides his wife: Jocelyn (Tweedie), he is survived by his two daughters Julianne, and Hillary (Brett Goodin) of Miramichi. Born and raised in Miramichi, he was the son of Neil and Lillian MacCallum of Miramichi. John is also survived by: his two brothers: Kenny (Sandra), Bobby (Dawn) MacCallum; nephews: Kevin, Scott, Kyle, Mitchell, Logan, Evan, Alex and niece Courtney.
He is predeceased by: his two nieces: Jacqueline and Erica MacCallum and mother and father in-law: Hugh and Ruth Tweedie
John was a loving father, and husband and known for his hard working traits. He will be missed endlessly by his family and friends.
Due to Covid-19 a private family service will be held with Klinton Jacques officiating, followed by burial in the St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
In John’s memory, donations to the St. Stephen’s Presbyterian Cemetery Fund or donation of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
