Barrette, Joseph John René “Buzzy” – Passed away peacefully with his loving wife of 37 years Kathy Barrette, by his side on May 27, 2020 at Health Sciences North in Sudbury. Dear step father of Gerry Poulin (Debbie) of Ottawa, father of Tammy Ray (Timmins) and Wendy Barrette-Jablaoui of Cochrane. Dear grandfather of Jeremy and David Poulin, Bruce and Kevin Dennis, Dylan Ray and brother of Art Barrette (Carol), Archie Barrette and brother in law of Cathy. Pre-deceased by siblings Raymond, Victor, Marie, Shirley, Larry and Ron. Also survived by numerous nephews and nieces. Joseph was an active member of the Lions Club in Cochrane for many years and was happiest when giving of his time driving those in need. Joseph requested no services and for those wishing to honor his memory, a donation to the Cochrane Lions Club would be appreciated.
