Obituary of Jody Lishchynsky
Jody Marie Lishchynsky was born and raised in Fort McMurray, AB. She radiated true McMurray spirit and continued to live, love, and laugh there with her family and friends, while raising her beloved son Landon.
Jody sought a career as an electrician and excelled in her efforts. She was quick to lend a hand to any friend that required her trusted and skilled assistance.
A true extrovert! Jody’s heart and life were filled with people. Long time friends, close family, extended family, new friends, and then even more new friends. She enjoyed being in a crowd. She stood out. She always stood out. She was that special girl that always lit up a room. A laugh that knew no boundaries, one that many of us will hear in our memories for years to come.
Jody was predeceased by her parents Peter and Lillian, early in her life’s journey.
Jody will forever be remembered and loved by her son Landon, brothers Dale (Barbie), Randy (Kelly), and Lionel. Her loving partner in life, Bob, as well as many extended family members.
