Obituary
PHILLIPS, Joanne (Partlo), Passed away peacefully at her home in London on October 25th, 2020. Cherished daughter to the late Maxwell (2017) and surviving mother Marjory Smith. Loving wife of Danny Phillips for 13 years. Joanne will be remembered by her brothers Murray Allan Smith, James Maurice (Joyce) Smith, and Donald Bruce (Pam) Smith. Beloved mother of Robert (Nicole) Moyer, and step children Daniel Phillips, Patricia (James) O’Neil, and David (Paula) Phillips. Caring grandmother to Ashley Wareham, Cody Wareham, Daniel Phillips, Liam O’Neil, Owen O’Neil, Eddie Phillips, and Maggie Phillips. Great grandmother to Mia Wareham and Desmond Hanenburg. Joanne was so proud to have worked for 20 years at the Oxford Regional Centre, and for ten years at the Ministry of Community and Children’s Services. Friends and Family are invited to the Brock and Visser Funeral Home (519-539-0004) in Woodstock for a time of visitation from 2-4 and 6-8 on Friday, November 6th. A private service will follow at a later date with burial at Oxford Memorial Park. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society, Humane Society, or a charity of your choice would be appreciated and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home.
