Joanne Beverly Thompson 19602020

Joanne Beverly Thompson
1960-2020
We are sad to announce the passing of
Joanne Thompson at the Sackville Memorial
Hospital after a long battle with cancer on October 28,
2020.
Joanne is survived by her spouse Peter
Vinqvist of Dorchester NB, her children Courtney (Elliott), Hannah
(Chris), Colin (Emily) , Devon (Kayla) and her many friends who she
loved dearly. She is predeceased by Irene and Albert Trenholm of
Sackville NB.
Her greatest prides were her grandsons
Everett (son of Colin) and Parker (son of Devon).
Joanne loved animals, especially her fur
baby Abby. She enjoyed reading murder mystery novels, “Chicken
Soup” books and watching feel good romance movies.
Joanne looked for the good in people and
the humour in all life’s circumstances.
We will miss her sense of humour, her
love and her beauty.
Her family is very grateful for the
wonderful care she received at the Sackville Memorial
Hospital.
Arrangements are under the care and
guidance of Jones Funeral Home, 70 Bridge
Street, Sackville (506-364-1300). Cremation has taken
place. Honouring Joanne’s wishes, there is to be no
visitation or funeral services.
Donations in memory of Joanne may be
made to the Canadian Cancer Society, or your charity of
choice.
