“Jerry” Jeremiah’s Obituary
HUNT, Jeremiah Percy – 74, of Middleton passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville. Born in Barrington, he was the son of the late James and Nettie (Atwood) Hunt. Jerry was a kind-hearted man who cared deeply for his family. He will be sadly missed by his son Gerald, Hantsport; grandchildren Gordon, Greenwood; Jasmine, Kentville; great grandsons Blake and Gordon Jr., Greenwood; brothers Robert (Paulette), Benjamin (Nora); sisters Grace (Ian) Cree; and many nieces and nephews. Jerry was predeceased by his wife Lynda (Benjamin), son Steven, daughter Carol, sisters Louise Sears and Doreen Krafve, and brother Norman. In keeping with Jerry’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held at a later date in the Berwick Cemetery. Donations in Jerry’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Middleton Funeral Home, 398 Main Street, toll free 1-855-825-3448.
