Hawes, Jennifer Denise – It is with broken hearts, the family of Jennifer D. Hawes, age 44, of Upper Stewiacke announce her passing on September 26, 2020 at Colchester East Hants Heath Centre.
Jennifer was the daughter of Cyril and Donna Hawes. She was a kind and caring soul. She loved to help others and took pride in being a continuous care assistant for the VON. She especially loved caring for her pets and they always loved her, always jumping up in her lap and snuggling in bed with her. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her.
Surviving are her mother, Donna Hawes, Upper Stewiacke; sisters, Cheryl (Dan Gerber), AB; Andrea (Adrian) Mallabo, AB; brother, Michael Hawes, Upper Stewiacke; niece, Olivia Mallabo, AB; nephew, Logan Mallabo, AB; and many aunts and uncles and numerous cousins.
She was predeceased by her father, Cyril Hawes, Upper Stewiacke; grandparents, Hugh and Ethel Hawes, Eastville; David and Catherine Watson, Dean.
A graveside service will be held Friday, October 2, 2020 at 1pm in Riverside Cemetery, Upper Stewiacke. Pastor Joel Willard officiating.
Memorial donations may be made to Diabetes Canada.
