1930-2020
Jeannette Richard, 90, of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, passed away peacefully
at the Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Bouctouche, on Monday November 9,
2020. She was married to the late Zoel Richard (1997). Born in
Bouctouche, she was the daughter of the late Régina
Lacenaire.
Jeannette was the owner operator of a special care home for a number
of years.
She will be sadly missed by her children; Annette Richard, Claudette
Maillet (Désiré) all of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, Elmonde Carroll
of Shediac, Roger (Marie), Alderic (Huguette), both of Notre-Dame,
eleven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and one great great
grandson. She also leaves to mourn one sister, Diana Richard (late
Henri) of Bouctouche, two brothers; Joseph (Aurélie) of
Bouctouche, Laurie (Marie) of Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, one sister-in-law,
Norma and several nieces and nephews.
Jeannette was predeceased by one daughter, Marie Claudette, one son,
Normand, two brothers; Roger, Gérard and one daughter-in-law,
Cécile.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, private visitations and funeral will
take place at a later date. Interment will be in the
Sainte-Anne-de-Kent parish cemetery.The family would like to thank the
staff of The Manoir Saint-Jean-Baptiste and the Stella-Maris-de-Kent
Hospital for the excellent care provided to Jeannette.
In Jeannette’s memory a donation can be made to the Alzheimer
Society.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
