1934-2020
Jeanne D’Arc Lecouteur, 86, of Foyer St-Thomas, Memramcook,
passed away peacefully at the Foyer, on Saturday April 11, 2020. She
was married to the late Jérôme Lecouteur (1991). Born in
Tracadie, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and the late
Brigitte (Laroque) Chiasson.
She will be sadly missed by her six children; Barbara Lecouteur (Joe)
of Miramichi, Joanne Lecouteur (Gerard) of Irishtown, Stella Lecouteur
(Henri) of Saint-Louis, Chantal Lecouteur-Morais (Hervé) of
Lakeville, Kenneth (Heather) of Yellowknife, NWT, Georges (Krista) of
Kent Junction her seventeen grandchildren; Stephanie, Tanya, Marc,
Sally, Samuel, Ricky, Tammy, Cory, Jennifer, Shay Anne, Victoria,
Jeremy, Michelle, Nicholas, Daniel, Pierre and Ashtyn as well as her
eleven great grandchildren; Sabrina, Owen, Mattea, Dylan, Emilie,
Jasmine, Sophie, Lily, Jesse, River and Ava. She also leaves to mourn
two sisters; Germaine Longtin Chiasson of Shannon, QC, Majella
Arsenault (Guy) of Saint-Eustache, QC, her nine brothers; Aldore,
Jean-Eudes, Clarence (Diane) of Kent Junction, Jean-Marc (Anne-Marie),
Auda (Camilla) of Rogersville, Laurent (Terry) of Gotham, ME, Theogene
(Paulette) of Moncton, Conrad (Carolle) of Deux-Montagnes, QC, Merell
(Rosemonde) of Dieppe and several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by one daughter Claudette, one son Michel, one
granddaughter Danika and one brother Jadus.
A funeral Mass will be held in Rogersville with interment in the Kent
Junction RC Cemetery at a later date due to the Covid 19
pandemic.
Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Maillet Funeral
Home, Bouctouche.
