Obituary of Jean Louise Williams
WILLIAMS: Jean Louise (Tribble)
February 26th, 1940 – April 10th, 2020
It is with great sadness the family of Jean Williams announces her peaceful passing on April 10th, 2020 in her 81st year; at Strathmere Lodge, Strathroy after a valiant battle with Lewy Body Dementia. Loving mother of Andrea Bent (Jason Davidson) and Stephen (Angela) Bent. Cherished “Grammer” of Cassidy Howlett and Tanner McLuhan. Jean is survived by her first husband Gary (Nancy) Bent. Predeceased by her parents James Tribble and Kathleen Easton (Tribble) and her second husband Ron Williams. Jean will be fondly remembered by the entire Bent, Easton, Virtue and Williams families.
A registered nurse her entire career, Jean devoted her life to helping others, working at Victoria and University Hospitals in London, ON followed by Eagle Ridge Hospital in Port Moody, BC.
The family wishes to extend their thanks to all of the staff at Strathmere Lodge for their support and loving care. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Jean’s life will be determined at later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Canada or Golden Rescue Canada.
