Obituary of Jeanette Marjorie Haines-Whynder
Jeannette Marjorie Haines-Whynder, 77, of Gibson Woods passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on November 8, 2020. Born on June 18, 1943 in Belleville, Ontario, she was the daughter of the late Hugh and Olga (Betts) Haines.
Jeannette is survived by her husband Maurice Whynder, Gibson Woods; daughters Michele Boyd-Moore, St. Thomas; Shannon (Kevin) Lloy, Coldbrook; brother Gary (Laurel) Haines, Centreville; sister Dale Tibert, Edmonton, Alberta; grandchildren Alexander Moore, Victoria, British Columbia; Brandon Moore, Thunder Bay, Ontario; Adrian (Jenna) Lloy, Avonport; Matthew (Rebecca) Lloy, Falmouth; and several nieces, nephews and great-grand children.
Besides her parents, Jeannette was predeceased by her brother Lindon Haines; nephew Derek Haines; and son-in-law Andrew Moore.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or funeral at this time. Memorial donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr., Coldbrook, NS, B4P 1B9 (902-679-2822).
