1926-2020
Peacefully at the Margaret Stewart Ellis Home, O’ Leary, on
Tuesday, September 22nd, 2020, with her loving family by her side of
Jean Helen Hudson beloved wife of Ted Hudson of Cascumpec, aged 94
years.
Born on August 15, 1926, she was the daughter of the late
Allie and Etta (nee MacWilliams) Hudson. Loving mother to Lowell (Ada)
of Knutsford, Shirley Hudson of Charlottetown, Ernie (Marilyn) of
Fortune Cove. Cherished grandmother to Carmen Hudson, Lisa
Hudson, Amanda Hudson (Pat Ellsworth) and Pamela Hudson (Alex
Grant). Great grandmother to Brant Hudson, Brooklyn Hudson,
Jack Ellsworth, Toff Ellsworth, and Hudson
Grant.
She is also survived by a brother Lorne MacNeill (Ruth),
Brother-in-law Arthur Hudson (late Lillian), Elwood MacIsaac and
sisters-in-law Jean Murphy (Late John), Leita Leard (Late
Gordon). Predeceased by parents Allie & Etta (nee
MacWilliams) MacNeill, sister Norma MacIsaac, grandsons Travis Hudson
and Morgan Hudson and by brothers and sisters-in-law James (late
Essie) Hudson, Verne Hudson (Late Tim), Ernest Hudson,
Everett Hudson (late Lois), sister-in-law Thelma Harrison (Late
Garth) and Sue (late Gerald) Warren.
Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton, from
here private visitation and funeral for family and invited
guests only, will be held Saturday Afternoon from the E. Gerald
Memorial Chapel at 2:30 pm. Rev. Beth Cameron
officiating. Interment in the Cascumpec United Church
Cemetery.
