Mrs. Jean Grace (Sutherland) Murray, wife of the late Lawrence Murray, of Blissfield NB, passed away at the Miramichi Senior Citizens Home on Wednesday, January 1, 2020 at the age of 96.
Born in Newcastle, she was the daughter of the late Dora (Weaver) and Lyle Sutherland.
She is survived by her son Garold; five sisters, Ida Colford, Elieen (Glen) Storey, Olive Sutherland, Marion O’Donnell and Leona Gillespie.
Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her sister Ruby Murray and six brothers, Frank, James, Vaughan, Lawrence, Lloyd and Clifford Sutherland.
Mrs. Jean Grace (Sutherland) Murray is resting at Davidson’s Funeral Home, 579 Main Street, Doaktown, NB with Visitation Monday, January 6, 2020 from 1pm-4pm.The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 2 pm at United Baptist Church, Doaktown with Reverend Gary Countway officiating. Burial will be in Ford Hallow Cemetery, Blissfield later in the spring.
In her memory, donations to Ford Hallow Cemetery Fund would be appreciated by the family.
