Jean Brown
Jean Brown, 89, of McNair Manor,
Riverview, passed away peacefully at her residence on Saturday,
September 19, 2020.
Born in Matapédia,
QC, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Margaret (Barter)
MacNaughton.
Jean was a receptionist at the
Moncton Medical Clinic and attended Lewisville Baptist Church. She was
an avid bridge player as well as a huge fan of Country and Western
music.
Jean will be sadly missed by her
son, Chief Petty Officer Lee Brown (Susan Donovan-Brown);
grandchildren, Kimberley Blackbeard (Warren), Sean Pauley (Shawnda),
Kyle Brown and Erin Brown; great grandchildren, Justin Pauley, Dakota
Pauley, Robert Blackbeard and Auna Brown; son-in-law, Robert Pauley.
Jean was the last surviving member of her immediate family. She was
predeceased by her brothers Graydon and Alden Lee both of whom served
at the Battle of Hong Kong in World War
Two.
In addition to her parents and
brothers, she was predeceased by her daughter, Lynne
Pauley.
Graveside Service for Jean will
be held at Elmwood Cemetery on Friday, October 2, 2020 at
11:00.
Arrangements in care of
Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton
(885-1995).
