Mrs. Janice Maryanne Nantais, a resident of Sombra, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at the age of 77.
Janice was born in St. Boniface, Manitoba and was a daughter of the late John Turchen and Mildred (Adamek) Yurkewich.
Beloved wife and best friend of Bob Nantais.
Loving mother of Sue (Dave) Schopf, Lisa Nantais, Rob (Helen) Nantais and the late Debbie Nantais (1979).
Loving “Mimi” “Gram” of Tandra (Max), Alison (James), Hope (Alan), Paige (Scott), Cassandra, Helisa and Madison.
Loving “Gigi” of Adrianna and Lucy.
Kind sister-in-law of Phyllis (Jim) Shepherd, Doris O’Connor, Floyd Nantais, Donna Nantais and the late Richard Nantais.
Also sadly missed by “her babies” Mykala and Giselle.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, February 1, 2020 from Sacred Heart Church, in Port Lambton, at 11 a.m.
A private family interment will take place.
As an expression of sympathy, donations to Hands Up For Haiti or St. Joseph Hospice may be left at the funeral home.
