James Roy Jim Webber 1948 2020

Obituary of James Roy “Jim” Webber
It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of James R. Webber of North Lochaber on August 3, 2020, at the age of 72 years.
Jim was predeceased by his parents, Murray and Margaret (Peggy Currie) Webber and his brothers Murray (Anne), Brian (Dee), and John (Rose).
He is survived by his wife Donna, daughters Jennifer (Kevin) Unsworth and Susan (Greg) Briggs and beloved grandchildren Orla and Nathan. Jim also leaves behind cherished friends that are too numerous to name, but all know they held a special place in his heart.
Jim joined the RCMP in ‘68 and began his next career in ‘77 as a Fishery Officer with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans. Once ‘retired’, he had more time to spend cultivating his Blueberry and Christmas tree farm, which was his absolute pride and joy, a job he truly loved.
He was an outdoor enthusiast who especially enjoyed kayaking and travel. Jim loved his family, his friends, and the community of Lochaber. Cremation has taken place. There will be a Celebration of Life at the Lochaber Community Centre at a later date.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of James
