Obituary of James K. LeClair
It is with profound sadness that the family of Kim LeClair announce his unexpected passing which occurred on November 1, 2020. Kim was born on November 13, 1958, in Saint John, NB, and was the son of the late James and Mary (Quartley) LeClair.
During his life, Kim was as a Senior Account Manager with Milliken Industries. Kim was a kind hearted, hard working man, who would put others ahead of his own needs and would go out of his way to help anyone in need. He loved playing Bridge, baseball, and spending time on his boat where he enjoyed long days and evenings fishing. Kim was a proud father and husband who loved his family dearly.
Kim is survived by his loving wife, Maria (Clark) LeClair; son, Matthew LeClair; sister, Faye Christoff (Stephen Mallett); step-brother, PJ Quartley; mother, Mary Quartley; mother and father in law, Pat and Gerry Clark; brothers in law, Tony (Lori) Clark, Tim (Cindy) Clark; his beloved dog, Lucy; many nieces, nephews and friends. He was predeceased by his father, James LeClair; step-father, James “Bud” Quartley; and his special “Nana” Bea Lunnin.
Arrangements are under the care of Kennebecasis Community Funeral Home, 152 Pettingill Rd, Quispamsis (849-2119) with visitation on Thursday, November 5, 2020, from 2:00-4:00 PM and 6:00-8:00 PM. Funeral home staff will be available at the entrance to advise of Covid-19 protocols. Donations made in memory of Kim may be given to the IWK Children’s Hospital.

    I worked with Kim at Milliken for over 20 years and he was truly one of my favourites because of his kind and considerate manner. Kim was a pleasure to know.

  2. I have worked with and known Kim and for over 25+ years. I was saddened to hear the news of his passing. I consider him a very dear friend and will most definitely be sorely missed.
