LYLE, James Gordon – it is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of James Gordon Lyle at the age of 60. After a courageous battle with brain cancer, he passed away at home in Port Coquitlam on December 23, 2019 with his family at his side. Gord was born November 27, 1959 in New Westminster. He is survived by his daughter, Christine Lyle, son, Jarrod Lyle, sister Norvena Macfarlane and family and his mother, Sylvia Lyle. The family thanks the doctors and nurses at RCH, Surrey BC Cancer agency and the Tri-cities Home Healthcare team. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 18th at 1:30 pm. Service will be at Kearney’s Columbia-Bowell Chapel, 219 6th St. in New Westminster with refreshments to follow in reception area.
