It is with great sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of James on January 29, 2020 at the age of 87 years. Predeceased by his wife Elizabeth (nee Sykes), his son Michael and daughter Mary. Loving father of James (Denise), Douglas (Cindy-predeceased), Byron and Teresa (Randy Borque). Devoted grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Ruth Rogers. He will be sadly missed by his extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents James and Nora Oman (nee Nichols) and sisters Margo and Frances. Family will be receiving visitors at the McGuinty Funeral Home (North Bay) on Thursday February 6, 2020 from 6-9 pm. A private family service will be held.
