A special thank you to Jim’s, Merigomish family; Scott, Lori and girls, for being such good friends to him. Also to Chuck and Mary.
Born in Moncton, May 5, 1945, to Cecil and Joan. Jim grew up in Hoyt, NB. In his youth Jim was very active in all sports at SWRHS. Married in 1966. As a ‘jack of all trades’, he lived and worked in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and settled in Nova Scotia. Always helping his friends and neighbors. He enjoyed caring for the wild birds on his patio and boasting about his chipmunks (he could coax the chipmunks to eat from his hands)
In respect of Jim’s wishes, he is to be cremated and his ashes to be “spread to the winds”
A memorial will be held in Jim’s honor on January 1, 1:00pm at Scott and Lori’s in Merigomish. Also, Visitations will be at Sunbury Funeral Home in Central Blissville, NB on Friday, January 10, from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or The Canadian Lung Association of Canada.
