Jace Mckenzie-Caspi 2020

Obituary of Jace Mckenzie-Caspi
Peacefully at home and surrounded by his family, Jason “Jace” Thomas McKenzie – Caspi took his final breath on September 11, 2020
Beloved husband of Emily.
Loving son of Carolyn and Brent.
Best friend and brother of Drew and Nick (Claire) and Uncle of Fiona.
Cherished grandson of Mary and the late Bill McKenzie and Jane and the late Brian Caspi.
Warmly welcomed by his new in-laws Jay, Kirsteen, Alexis and Erika Raes.
Much loved by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and teammates
Jace was an amazing young man – so loving, fun, athletic and energetic. His sarcastic humour never failed to put a smile on everyone’s faces. And we will all miss that signature smirk. Jace loved to play many different sports and the tech program at school. Sadly he never had a chance to follow his dream of working in the trades. Jace’s legacy will continue through his family and friends as we continue to carry on his wishes to pay it forward and help others in need.
We ask that in lieu of flowers you donate to Jace’s Foundation – the Jace McKenzie-Caspi (JMC) Foundation. With those funds we will be setting up a scholarship in his name at Montcalm Secondary School and making donations to Childcan and the TLC Foundation in Jace’s name.
Due to Covid restrictions we were limited to a private family service which was held Friday, September 18th. We are hoping to have a celebration of his life at a later date.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Jace Mckenzie-Caspi 2020..
