J. Jerome Sullivan
1948-2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of
J. Jerome Sullivan.
Jerome, age 72, of Antigonish passed away on November 14,
2020, surrounded by his family at St. Martha’s Regional
Hospital.
Born in Antigonish, he was a son of the late William and Ada

Jerome received his BBA from St. Francis Xavier University in
1971 and dedicated a forty-five year career to serving the Sisters of
St. Martha’s at Bethany. On November 20, 1971, he married

Jerome was a dedicated and loving husband and father. He was
a cheerful person who made friends everywhere he went. He had many
lifelong friends and enjoyed the many occasions that brought them
together. He loved golf, card night with the guys, the Toronto Maple
Leafs, and the outdoors. Jerome had an unmatched joy for life and
laughter and was a true “people person”. His favourite place
to be was at his seaside cottage, gardening and enjoying the beach. He
is deeply missed by his family and
friends.
