COMEAU, Irene – Age 78, of Meteghan, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2020. Born in Meteghan Station, she was a daughter of the late Pierre and Catherine LeBlanc. She is survived by her husband, Stanis, Meteghan; children, Robert (Helena), Yvon and Odette Comeau (Vince), all of Meteghan; Gail Comeau (Jim), Valleyfield, Québec; brothers, Gerard (Noreen) and Richard (Elaine), both of Meteghan Station; Ronald (Gene), Bangor; sisters, Doreen Theriault, Meteghan River; Therese (Herbert) Saulnier and Bernadette (Walter) Theriault, both of Meteghan Station; Dora (Leonard) Melanson, Maxwellton; grandchildren, Gilles and Jacques (Samantha); great-grandchildren, Shyheem and Dimitri. She was predeceased by brother, Louis; sister, Mariette. Cremation has taken place under the care of Meteghan Funeral Home. A funeral mass will be held at a later date.
