Obituary of Herb McKechnie
Hammond Herbert Duncan McKechnie
Born April 16, 1930. The eighth of twelve children born to Duncan and Hilda (Gutheridge) McKechnie. Survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Gloria. Daughter Cheryl (Dale) Bryngelson, sons Gregg (Michele) and Gerry (Tara). Herb’s greatest joy in life was his children, nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. Herb loved farming and did so all his life on the family farm at Mitchellton, SK.
No service will be held.
The family wishes to express their deepest thanks for your many expressions of kindness. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Herb’s memory can be given to STARS Ambulance Service 2640 Airport Road, Regina, SK S4W 1A3

  1. Our deepest sympathy to Gloria and family. Herb always had a smile on his face and was so easy to talk to. We had some great times together. Herb has left all of us with great memories.
    Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.
