A gentleman personified — philanthropist and loyal friend.
Passed away in Ottawa, on Tuesday, December 22nd, 2020. Eldest child of Morris and Mildred Zagerman. Survived by heartbroken and devastated wife of 67 years, Corinne (Ross) Zagerman. Beloved father and father-in-law of Garry (Erika), John (Andrea), Sandra Vizel (Dr. Saul). Adoring grandfather of Morgan and Jordan Zagerman, Elisha and Garrick Zagerman, Hilary, Meredith and Julia Vizel. Dear brother and brother-in-law of the late Norman (Carole), Shirley Cohen (Al), Marvin (Harriet) Ross, Ruth (Manny) Shacter of Montreal, Gloria Krugel of Ottawa, Harriette Borins of Toronto and Sherryl Levine of Northbrook, Illinois. Loved by many nieces and nephews.
Due to COVID-19, there will be a family funeral and private shiva. Although the service is private, the family invite family and friends to view the service by Livestream on Thursday, December 24th at 2pm, by visiting Mr. Zagerman’s webpage on the funeral home website.
