James Henry Lambert Jagt of Clifford passed away at home on Saturday, April 4, 2020, in his 59th year.
Life Partner of Patricia Thompson, and father of Melissa & Ian Hymers of Clifford, Jonathan & Karen Thompson of Orangeville, Jeremy & Melanie Thompson of West Montrose, and Melanie Greenley & Richard Engel of Elmwood.
Pops to Tyler Hymers, Emily Hymers & Cody Chapman, Owen Thompson, Colin Thompson, Abbey Thompson, Evan Thompson, Charlie Greenley, Lance Greenley, Josh Engel, Corson Engel, Josh Thompson, and Leah Thompson, and great-grandfather of Eastyn Hymers. Brother of Jackie (Coba) DeJong & Ken Rae of Walkerton, Janet & Alex Van Niekerk of Wingham, Albert & Willeke Jagt of Nottawa, and Teresa & Dirk Dekker of Moorefield.
Predeceased by his mother Jantina Hofstra-Jagt, father Bouke Jagt, and sister Alberdina Jagt.
Private family arrangements have been entrusted to the Hardy-Lee Funeral Home, Harristion. A public celebration of Henry’s life will be held at a later date.
Memorial donations to Canadian Cancer Society or Humane Society would be appreciated.
