GRANT, Heather Lee
Aug.26, 1944 – Jan.30th, 2020
After a well-lived life, our wonderful big sister passed away peacefully and on her own terms, in the presence of her family. Heather was the loving daughter of the late George and Ruth Grant. She will be forever in the hearts of her siblings D’Arcy (Bonnie), Cynthia (Moe Gatien), Kevin and Murray (Wanda). Proud and caring aunt of Jana, Kellie, Sacha, Alex, Daniel, Will and Noah and great aunt of McRae. Dearest friend of Shirley Villeneuve.
Heather looked after and fussed over her younger siblings like a mother hen and in doing so, kept us close to her heart and to each other. To her, family was everything. A consummate bridge player, Heather enjoyed both the challenge of the game and the company and friendship of the other players at the bridge table. She will be forever loved and dearly missed.
Our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Dr. Diane Poilly, Marlene Power and Dr. J.R. Lafrance.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Feb.8 at the Royal Canadian Legion, Cornwall, Ontario from 1-3pm. Interment St. Andrew’s United Church Cemetery, Williamstown at a later date. If desired, donations to Carefor Hospice would be greatly appreciated.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Heather Grant January 30 2020..
