Heather was born on June 13, 1949 in Nelson, BC and passed away in Nelson on June 22, 2020.
She is predeceased by her parents Margherita and Russell, her brother Gerry, sisters Alice Sibbet, Doreen Sibbet, Betty Armstrong and her grandson Kyle Skinner.
Heather is survived by her children Juanita (Kevin) Skinner, Wade and Lanny Watson, 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
The family also acknowledges her ‘family’ of residents and staff from Jubilee Manor. A huge thank-you to all of the great staff at Jubilee Manor for always being there for Heather no matter what.
A private graveside service has been held.
