Obituary of Harold Bell
At Huronlea Home for the Aged, Brussels on Monday, May 25, 2020, Harold Bell formerly of Wroxeter, passed away at the age of 91.
Beloved husband of Betty (née Michener) Bell of Brussels. Cherished father Brian & Laurie Bell of New Hamburg, Gary & Vicky Bell of R.R. #1, Wroxeter and Karen & Ken Warwick of Blyth. Loving grandpa of Kristine Roobroeck & Frank, Sarah Bell & Peter, Becky Maldini & Rob, Craig Bell & Trisha, Bradly Warwick, Devan Warwick and Jason Warwick & Rachel and great-grandpa of Tyler, Daman, Lucas, Samantha, Zack, Sam, Aimee, MacKenzie, Skye, Noah, Madison, Morgan, Dakota and Colt. Dear brother of Irene Dinsmore and Winnifred Ross and brother-in-law of Yvonne & Garold Miller. Predeceased by his parents Morley & Edna (née Hanna) Bell, his brother Max Bell and his wife Anna and brothers-in-law Carl Dinsmore and Jack Ross.
Harold was born on July 30th, 1928 in Culross Township. He farmed for 52 years and loved nothing better than life on the farm. He enjoyed travelling, camping and being surrounded by his family. Harold had a great sense of humor and will be missed dearly by his friends and family.
A celebration of Harold’s life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wroxeter United Church or the Wingham & District Hospital Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
