Hans Jorgensen passed away at Moose Mountain Lodge, Carlyle, Sask. on Tuesday, June 9, 2020 at the age of 96.
Hans’ memory will be forever cherished by his daughter Marilyn Thomas; granddaughter Laura Grant and her sons, Nathan, Aaron and Adam; granddaughter Tammy (Tom) Florick and their daughter Taylor; grandson Terry Grant; sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law: Beth Jorgensen, Shirley Whiteley, Ron Frazer, Leo Vallee, Wilfred (Shirley) Vallee, Ray (Denise) Vallee, Denise Rourke, Lise Graveline, Diane Kosowan and Eveline Polley, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his wife Lucy; son Benny; granddaughter Tracy; parents: Johannas and Ingeborg; brothers: Ole (Jean), Kris, Victor (Shirley) and Arthur; sisters: Eva (Henry), Tillie (Charlie), Olga (Don), Inger and Elsie; in-laws: Ludger (Lillian) Vallee.
To Bettyann Sylvestre and Richard Jorgensen – our heartfelt thanks for always being there for Dad. You meant the world to him.
In keeping with Hans’ wishes, there will not be a funeral service. Interment will take place at Dannevirke Lutheran Cemetery, Redvers, Sask.
If friends so desire, donations in Hans’ memory may be made to the MS Society of Canada, 150 Albert Street, Regina, Sask., S4R 2N2, or a charity of choice.
