Guy Charlebois
1934-2020
Charles Guy Charlebois, age 85 years, of Moncton, passed away
on Saturday, September 26th, 2020 at the Faubourg du Mascaret Nursing
Home. Born in Ottawa, Guy was the son of Thomas Charlebois
and Noella Chenier.
Guy was predeceased by his dear friend and wife Margaret Ann
(nee McGinnis). Leaving to mourn with fond memories his son
Andre Charlebois of Irishtown, Newfoundland, daughter-in-law Annette,
grand-daughter Eleanor Jane, and close friends and
relatives.
Guy Charlebois loved opera, teaching Bridge, great
conversation, and the company of animals. He was an
altruistic and progressive gentleman who was athletic in his youth and
dedicated to his career with the Canadian National Railway.
As he is now reunited at the Rainbow Bridge with his dogs including
Zipper, Dudley, and Vicki, we can be assured that he is at
peace.
Cremation has taken place and interment will be at a later
date. In Guy’s memory, donations may be made to the Greater
Moncton SPCA. The funeral arrangements entrusted to Cobbs
Funeral Home, 330 Whitepine Road, Riverview (869-2007).
