Gregory was born May 16, 1952 in Burnaby, BC
He was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Marie Stinson and brother-in-law Len.
He loved and will be greatly missed by his wife Janet Stinson, his soulmate, his two children Ward and Amber (Adam), four grandchildren Violet, Lucy, Dora and Gregory, also his sister Tracie, two nieces Lisa and Shauna, as well as numerous friends and relatives.
Most of Greg’s career (over 40 years) was working for BC Tel and then Telus. He worked with some great people and stayed in touch with many of them over the years. As his last partner stated, “for the last 20 years of my telephone career he was the best partner I could have had…” Greg could always be seen out in the yard planting this, fixing something, talking to everyone who was walking by and loving up the neighbourhood dogs.
He didn’t travel a lot, but did say he thoroughly enjoyed the trips he did. He talked about his trips with great passion and fond memories. He especially loved anything Disney and food.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Parkinson Society.
