Clegg-Young, Gregory James (June 19, 2000 – June 10, 2020)
It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Gregory on Wednesday June 10, 2020 at the age of 19. Survived by his parents Jaime Young and Robin Clegg, his brother Bruce, his beloved dog Hazel, Grandparents Helen and the Late Bruce Young, Pre-deceased by his Nanny and Poppa Lois and Robin Clegg. Gregory will be forever missed by his Aunts and Uncles Michelle (Mark), Sean, Deirdre, Chris, Karin (Stewart), Wendy (Jim), and Cassandra. Gregory also leaves behind numerous cousins, friends and co-workers. All of whom had a special place in his heart. Taken far too soon. Gregory, you touched everyone you met in a wonderful way. On that day our world lost someone special. Someone that can never be replaced. You will be so very missed. All we can say is; Thank you for being part of our lives. We love you.
Visitation will be held from Gentle Shepherd Church, Elliot Lake on Sunday June 21 from 2:30 pm to 4 pm & from 7-9 pm. Funeral service will be celebrated on Monday June 22, 2020 at 11 am, also from Gentle Shepherd Church. Interment to follow in Woodlands Cemetery, Elliot Lake. Funeral arrangements entrusted to the Elliot Lake Funeral Chapel & Cremation Centre (36 Ontario Ave).
Due to the current pandemic & restrictions imposed by the provincial government, there is a maximum attendance restriction which allows for 30% of room capacity for both visitation & funeral service, as well as 50 attendees maximum at the cemetery.
